What Does Care Quality Mean to Us
The German Society for Quality defines "quality" as thus: "Quality is all what makes a service capable of accomplishing the preset tasks.". This dry definition is vital for the quality of life of our patients in the daily care practice.
For this, we at Pro Vita are keen to provide a coherent understanding of quality. Making sure to implement the formal side of the standards while implementing them in the utmost personal manner: First, every staff member has to understand, what the customer (patient or relative) exactly demands and desires. This is the only way to render life to the formal quality standards for the well being of the patient and his family.
Carefully Planned Quality Assurance Measures:We leave nothing to chance regarding the quality of our care service: In our different working groups the quality standards are constantly enhanced according to the international standard DIN EN ISO 9001 : 2000 for the intensive care out of hospital. Our standards are also constantly adapted to the needs of our patients and in compliance with the legal standards.

Comprehensive measures for advanced training and further training make sure that the our planned objectives are well integrated into our daily practices. Here we cooperate closely with top specialists, who we call in for evaluation and advice. We are actively involved with the significant organizations and associations in our domain, i.e. BPA - DBfK - ABVP.
